Remodeling an existing home can be a very exciting project, particularly when you love the site or other features of the home and just need to modify some of the features to fit your personal style. All of the same elements used in creating Custom Home Plans are used in designing our Remodel Home Plans.
Focus is given not only to curb appeal of our designs but also extensive structural detail. The plans integrate specific requirements of the builder or homeowner with our application of practical, functional use of materials and our excellent design.
We seamlessly integrate the remodeled portion of the home with the existing structure. We typically take pictures of the home and physically measure the entire house to ensure the accuracy of the new design.
If you are one of our out-of-town contractors, then we ask for photos of the existing structure, and a sketch of the project. As we will work on the design, we will communicate via your choice of voice, mail, email, fax, or through the free SoftPlan module, reView viewer, or any combination of these.
